How to Use Laya Online

You can finish a first classification without an account. The steps below use the ticket tool. Feedback uses the same controls with different categories.

1. Open the ticket classifier

Go to the support ticket classifier. The categories are already filled in: billing, technical, sales, and other. Each one has a description. The description is part of the question.

2. Load an example

Choose Load example. The clear refund message appears in the text box. That click does not send the message. Nothing is classified until you choose Run classification.

3. Read the rules, then run

Check that billing mentions payments and refunds, and that other exists for notes that do not fit. Then choose Run classification with Live selected. The first useful result does not require signup.

4. Read the label before the JSON

The large word is the predicted category. Under it, each category has a predicted probability. The model field and the Space-reported latency are measurements from that response. “This request” is how long the click took, including network and queue. None of those numbers is an accuracy rate. Confidence means the distribution is peaked, not that the label is correct.

5. Change a rule and run again

Edit a description if the boundary is wrong. For example, write that a refund which also mentions an outage still belongs to billing. Choose Run again. The new text of the rule is what the next call uses.

6. Try the cases that fail more easily

Load “Crash and charge” and “Do not refund”. The first needs two teams and will only receive one label. The second says not to refund. A recorded live call still returned billing. Use those as review cases. They are written up on the ticket page with the numbers from 29 Sep 2026.

7. Open developer mode when you need the JSON

Simple mode hides state, questions, and the raw response. Developer mode shows them, plus a curl command against this site’s /api/classify route. That route is a proxy to the official Space playground, not a separate Laya product API. You cannot pin typed-decisions from here.

8. Copy the rules if you want to keep them

Copy decision rules puts the questions JSON on the clipboard and leaves the message out. There is no account to save into, and CSV batch is not available. The offline demo is a keyword count in the browser. Use it when the Space is down. Do not treat its bars as the model.
