Laya Playground for Custom Decision Rules

Developer mode is on. Edit categories in the form, or send your own state and questions JSON. The live path is the same Space call the ticket and feedback tools use.

Live sends the text to this site's server, then to the official Laya Hugging Face Space. No account is required for one message.

Rough budget: about 4 of 320 tokens for the text, and about 87 of 180 for the questions. The English checkpoint context is 512 tokens, with about 192 reserved for the question. This estimate is characters divided by 4, not the real tokenizer.

Categories

The key is the label that comes back. The description tells the model what belongs there.

Load an example or paste a message, then choose Run classification. Loading an example does not send it.

Saving rules to an account is not available. There is no signup. Copy the rules if you want to keep them.

Request this run will send

Checkpoint pin is not available. The public Space playground accepts state and questions. The router on that Space chooses the checkpoint. typed-decisions is not selected automatically.

Same-origin request

curl -s https://www.laya-model.online/api/classify \
  -H 'content-type: application/json' \
-d '{"state":{"message":""},"questions":{"department":{"type":"choice","instructions":"Choose the team that should handle this customer request.","criteria":{"billing":"Payments, duplicate charges, invoices, and refunds","technical":"Errors, outages, and broken product features","sales":"Questions before purchasing a product or plan","other":"Requests outside the categories above"}}}}'

What you can change

What you cannot pin

The public playground endpoint does not take a checkpoint argument from this site. English samples recorded on 29 Sep 2026 came back with model field laya. The typed-decisions checkpoint is not selected automatically by the upstream router. If you need a pin, run laya locally and pass model="typed-decisions" yourself.

Task templates with written limits live on the support ticket classifier and the customer feedback classifier.
